We are a manufacturer of equipment and machines for the automotive and railway industries, as well as laboratory measurement solutions, including those for the aviation industry. We have many years of experience in designing machines and equipment, always focusing on simplicity of construction, ease of use, and durability.
We specialize in machine solutions and related fields of engineering—mechatronics, computer science, power hydraulics, electric drives, and ultimately robotics.
Our specialization in the above-mentioned fields and our desire to solve problems motivated us to build a prototype winch, test it, make many changes aimed at eliminating the shortcomings of the first solution, and then create a series of devices – the final design: a series of devices and auxiliary equipment.
Measuring stations for aircraft ropes and other wing parameters
One of the solutions prepared for aviation, and in particular for paragliding, is a measuring system for inspecting paragliders and rigging.
The system consists of the following components:
- A rope breaker with a force of up to 300daN controlled by computer software
- A laser rangefinder with a rope laying and tensioning system for measuring the length of paraglider wing ropes
- A porosimeter - for measuring the permeability of the wing material
- Betsometer - for measuring the strength of seams
- Software that integrates the entire measurement process and creates the final report and inspection certificate. The software also archives all measurements and contains data from wing manufacturers.
